How to Prepare Matcha & Hojicha

For Matcha or Hojicha Powders
Powders dissolve easily, so you can use any temperature water you'd like.
However, you will enjoy a more smooth, flavorful cup of tea if you prepare matcha by first sieving the powder into a dry cup, then add hot water (175°F-80°C) and mix it (preferably with a CHASEN).
If you don't have a CHASEN, do not worry. Use a frother, whisk or fork to mix it until it's frothy.
