All of our green teas are blended differently depending on the flavor they are combined with. In this case, we blend Sencha + Mint with deep-steamed tea leaves to improve the flavor, preventing the mint flavor from dominating and bringing a perfect balance between the green tea leaf and mint leaf tastes.

My friend insisted I try some of this tea bc she knows I love green tea but not mint. Well…I loved it, and here I am buying some. I appreciate how purposeful the balance between sencha grass freshness and mintiness is :)
