Reason:
To pair with Chinese dishes, we added two high-aroma firely elements: clove and our high-roasted hojicha.
Eugenol in clove has excellent antioxidant properties. With the pyrazine in hojicha, this tea will give fire to replenish your stomach and warm up your body.

Hojicha + clove is a somewhat spicy tea.
Clove is an evergreen tree that grows in tropical and subtropical regions, and its buds are dried and used as a spice.
It has a strong and pungent aroma, but it also has a hidden sweetness similar to vanilla.
Clove has antiseptic, antibacterial, antioxidant, analgesic, digestive, and blood circulation promoting properties.
For example, the “eugenol” contained in cloves has excellent antioxidant properties and is said to prevent aging and arteriosclerosis.
