Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or other options, as applicable.
7. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variation of an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
