Genmaicha Powder | Matcha Infused

Genmaicha usually use later-harvested bancha. Because brown rice is roasted, its aroma can be over-powering, so we only used the clean yet soft first harvest sencha infused with matcha for better color and umami to blend with Japanese brown rice to create the most balanced, aromatic & delicious genmaicha.

Whisk 1–2 teaspoons (1.5-3g) with 2 oz hot water (165°F) until smooth, then add milk or water, and sweeten if desired.
