Genmaicha | First Harvest Sencha + Roasted Rice

Genmaicha usually use later-harvested bancha. Because brown rice is roasted, its aroma can be over-powering, so we only used the clean yet soft first harvest sencha (instead of rough later-harvested bancha) to blend with Japanese brown rice to create the most balanced, aromatic & delicious genmaicha.

1. Luxuriously use 3 to 4g 

2. Brew at 165-185 F for 2 minute

3. Pair it hot with dinner / Pour over ice
